All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class, and take 1 to 2 days to pack and dispatch, in addition to shipping times.

Shipping is £4.95, but is free over orders of £100. 

We also offer the option of next day Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.95, which we recommend for particularly precious purchases.

Sadly we do not currently ship orders outside of the UK. 


Larger orders such as furniture and big homeware orders can be sent via third party couriers and usually take between 1-2 weeks. If you would like to arrange your own courier please let us know upon ordering.

Please be aware that if you have ordered a mixture of accessories and furniture/large homeware items, they may be dispatched separately. 

Please be sure to enter your correct delivery address at checkout as we can not be held responsible if your parcel is lost due to you entering it incorrectly.

For standard delivery please contact us if your order does not arrive after 8 working days. For courier delivery please contact us if your order does not arrive after 15 working days.


If you would like to collect your order from our shop in Cartmel, please select that option at checkout. You can either pop by during our opening times (please see our contact page) or you can email us to arrange a convenient collection time. 


Gift wrapping is complimentary with all orders as we like your parcels to be as special as possible. If you have any special requests please add a note to your order. 


We hope that you love your purchases, but should you need to return an item for any reason then please be aware of the following things:

Please be assured that every order is meticulously checked by us prior to postage but on the very rare occasion that you need to return a product due to a fault, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to returning your item, so that we can discuss any issues with you. If your item is faulty then the cost of the return delivery will be met by us. If you are returning an item due to it no longer being needed, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s back to us. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured service, as we can not be held accountable for any loss or damage.


Please ensure that any return items are in their original, sealed condition with all original packaging. Failure to do so may effect any refunds due.

If you would like to make a return, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt detailing your order number and reason for return.

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days following receipt of the returned item/s.
