AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE?

Yes absolutely, if you live locally and would prefer to collect your order from our Cartmel shop, please select this free option upon ordering. We are open each day from 10pm until 4pm, aside from Monday when we are closed. If you would like to call our shop in advance to arrange a collection time, please call 015395 35911.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Sadly we only offer UK shipping at the moment.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
​
We aim to get your parcels out to you as soon as we can. If you chose 'special delivery' you should have your order within 1-2 working days depending on the time of day you placed your order.
For standard delivery, you should have your parcel within 2-4 working days.
For courier delivery of large fragile items such as furniture, it can take a couple of weeks for your order to arrive at your home.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, or put in the wrong quantity, please call us as soon as possible and we can cancel or amend your order for you. Please be aware that if your order has already been shipped then you will have to follow our returns policy which is listed below.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
​
You can purchase a gift card of either a set amount or a custom amount, in store or online (by clicking the link in the top menu). You will then be given a unique code alongside your physical gift card, which can be used in either our Cartmel shop, or our online store.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
​
You can use your gift card in store, but please remember to bring either your physical gift card with you, or you'll need an email with a valid voucher code on. You can also use your gift card online by entering your voucher code in the 'promo code' box.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
​
Yes, we love to beautifully gift wrap your items, and we offer this as a complimentary service with all orders. If you are buying gifts for others and would like your items wrapping separately, please leave a note for us upon checkout.

We love to give you the chance to pre-order whenever possible! If we are able to offer pre-ordering for any of our items, it will be listed on the product page, alongside information of when it will arrive.
